Directions:

  1. Combine cashews with warm water and let soak for 30 minutes or until softened
  2. In a high-speed blender or food processor, puree cashews, water and DREAM™ Soymilk with Calcium & Vitamin D until smooth, approximately 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add olive oil to a medium sauté pan. Add shallots and garlic and cook on low heat until soft, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add Soymilk mixture to pan and simmer until sauce thickens, about 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently.
  5. Add spices and parsley and stir to combine. Serve immediately with cooked pasta of choice. Makes 2 small or 1 large serving.
